Nanks
On Saturday 13th June 2009 in the beer garden at the Brittania Inn, St Austell a tribute will be held to Phil Smith, local footballer/Royal Marine who tragically lost his life in an accident almost twelve months ago. The event starts at 3pm with childrens entertainment including a face painter and Mr Wacky. Then from 6pm will be DJ Lee McCheese followed by 70s band "4 tons of funk". 70s fancy dress is a must!! The whole event is entirely free but donations will be asked for towards the worthy cause "help for heroes".
Paul
Cant believe how quick the year has gone. Dosnt seem 5 minutes ago that St Blazey played St Austell to mark the tragic death of Phil Smith. This seasons match will be played at St Austell on August the 1st I believe.
