All roads lead to Clijah Croft Thursday evening for the last Combination League match of the 2008-09 season where Portreath play RNAS Culdrose.

Will Portreath record their first home league win since before Easter or will Culdrose carry on the same form as their 5-0 away win at Mullion.

Portreath 1-3 RNAS Culdrose

1st minute. A good penalty call for Culdrose is waved away.

A defensive mistake in the Culdrose back four. Portreath 1-on-1 . Keeper stands tall, Tom Blaber blasts over from 15yds.

Culdrose break left. Ball into box, cross shot low. Good grab by Alan Buckley the keeper.

0-1 35mins. Culdrose corner on the left. Ball in, knocked out, in again, shot by Luke Elston beats diving keeper.

0-2 42mins. Defensive mix-up. Portreath keeper calls for it and Bundy neatly chips him for an OG.

63mins Culdrose hit upright with keeper beaten.

0-3 65mins Quick Culdrose break. Portreath try to clear, rebound falls to Steve Hughes. Shot is saved but he puts away rebound with a low shot from 12yds.

1-3 88mins. Portreath beak right, cross, keeper palms away. rebound to Kevin Endean who has a tap in from 6yds.

Portreath lost the game due to having a small squad with injuries and tiredness having plaed 8 games in 18 days.
