  1. Four Lanes - 2 Mawnan - 5 We never really showed up today and Mawnan took revenge for the first game of the season. A good opening goal, two great direct free kicks and a penalty put us on the back foot at 4-0 down in the first half. We managed to grab a penalty back in the second half before half chance went in for us. On to next week in the junior cup where we’re up against... Mawnan at home again!
  2. Prem Four Lanes - 4 (Ryan Baber, Kyle Hocking, Chris Ward x2) Goonhavern - 3 We had 6 starting players out today but have strengthened the squad with additional signings recently who played with heart and battled all game. And my first ever game at centre back... cheers Spence!! We had a 2 goal lead on several occasions. Goonhavern scored a penalty with 10 mins remaining but we held on to secure the win.
  3. Four Lanes - 1 (Kyle Hocking) School of Mines - 0 We had four players missing due to suspension or injury but a marked improvement from last week to put the hard work in and grind a result out with a depleted squad. Nick Kemp did a great job reffing.
  4. We had two sin bins against Stithians a few weeks before mate. And I’ll have to ask the missus very nicely!!
  5. Captain went, as did the player who struck him. The other player was not his brother. First reds of the season, it was handbags from both players from where I was. But yes you’re right, that’s the worry now Dave, but we’ve already had players contact us wanting to sign on and help out which is positive. And hopefully the three missing players we had out today will be available for the next few games to see us through.
  6. 2 for Four Lanes, 1 for Threemilestone and a yellow for Threemilestone.
  7. Premier Division Threemilestone - 3 Four Lanes - 2 (Nico Penfold and Ben Harris) Threemilestone played good football and finished well today. Four Lanes with 3 key players missing today found the going frustrating with players out of position. An incident that saw 3 red cards and a flurry of yellows marred a game that was for the most part played in good spirits.
