I was at the game and stood on the bank behind the dugouts. The lights grandstand side weren’t working before kick off. I find it funny those saying ‘2-0 down turn the lights off’ because they weren’t even on before kick off, so hardly a ‘master plan’ because they were losing. Certainly out of St Blazey’s control and to be fair to them, they tried everything to get them working and get the game played. Unfortunately one of those things.

Hell of a lot of key outs at St Austell and yet to see any ins. Other teams making decent signings (Helston, St Blazey and Bodmin). Unless they’ve got something up their sleeve, I think St Austell will be considerably weaker this season and not at the top with the big boys.
