  1. Truro City 4 Harrow Borough 1 City scorers Tyler Harvey (2) Will Dean & Will Swan. City still top of the league on goal difference but with 2 games in hand over 2nd place Chesham.
  2. Very good away result tonight. Back on top with 2 games in hand. Roll on saturday for a home game against Harrow.
  3. With Truro losing 1 - 0 and Chesham beating Merthyr they have swapped positions again with Chesham now top of the league and Truro in 2nd place.
  4. Truro City FC have announced that they have extended the loan of Will Swan from Nottingham Forest. Welcome news as he is a good, young and talented striker who has already found the back of the net several times since he came to Truro.
  5. Truro City 2 Farnborough 1 Truro scorers Tyler Harvey and Will Swan .Ed Palmer sent off 70 mins. Truro stay top of the table one point ahead of Chesham with a game in hand.
  6. Truro scorers Will Swann (2) and Tyler Harvey.
  7. Swindon Supermarine 1 Truro City 3 City back on top of the table.
  8. Cheshams win means they leapfrog Truro in the table to lead by one point. The other contenders, Tiverton, had their game postponed today.
  9. With the 600+ at Truro today that's well over 1300 at 2 matches in the old Carrick district. Who says there isn't interest in attending local matches these days?
  10. Tuesday evenings match v Merthyr Tydfil postponed due to weather conditions.
  11. Just got back from Dorchester. Truro made quite hard work of collecting all 3 points in a match they should have won comfortably. They were well on top in the first half but only went into the break 1 - 0 up thanks to a Will Swann goal. In the second the Dorchester goal led a charmed life at times with the post and goalkeeper stopping further goals and a silly defensive mistake allowing them back into the game. However a brilliant shot from Will Dean and a third goal from Dan Rooney sealed all three points. With Tiverton losing today this takes us to the top of the table with a game in hand.
  12. Other results today have helped Truro go back to 2nd in the league. Tiverton drew and Chesham lost so City are now one point behind Tivvy with a game in hand.
  13. And the next home game for Dorchester next saturday is against..... Truro City!
  14. A win for Ray today and with his beloved Sheffield Wednesday also winning away at Brighton I'm sure he'll be looking down with a smile this.evening. Truro had a striker crisis with top scorer Tyler Harvey injured and 2nd highest scorer Luke Jephcott being recalled by Argyle and scoring 2 in their away win at Scunthorpe. However Will Swann who has been brought in on loan from Nottingham Forest ably filled the no.9 position by scoring 2 goals.
  15. A good friend and a stalwart of TCFC. He will be greatly missed. RIP Ray
  16. Well that's some slightly good news. The table I saw must have been a 'live' table before the final results came in
  17. Truro lose 3 - 2 away at Weston Super Mare. Tight at the top but Cheshams win pushes Truro down to 3rd in the league table.
  18. 576 I'm told but I wasn't there. If the kick off was 11am or 3pm I could have made it but not 1pm.
  19. Truro City entertain Tiverton Town at Treyew Road on Boxing Day. Please note this is a 1pm kick off. 1st v 2nd in the Southern Premier League. Should be a good one.!
