Newquay goal scorers: Lee Paxton 2, Chris Brown 2, Adam weller and Sean kilker. Newquay came from 2 down to take a 3-2 lead before heading into the break 3-3. A few fresh legs in the second half made all the difference for the Newquay team eventually running out 6-3. Game was played in a good spirit (for the majority lol) Good luck to St Agnes for the rest of the season.

St Dennis 1-9 Newquay 1st round of some cup I beleive. A spirited display by St Dennis from the committed 9 that turned up. Feel sorry for them as being let down on the day by other isn't great. They were a great bunch that played. Lee Paxton with 5 and 1 a piece for Sean kilker, Andy Macintosh, Steven Harris and Chris Kelly.

Going to be a interesting quarter final draw. 2 big names for east and west with the other 4 teams all showing they have the ability to win big games. I think the team to avoid is foxhole but if your going to win it you've gotta beat them at some point (unless you play for foxhole). Well done all and good luck in the next round.

Don't know much about the west teams but Foxhole and St Mawgan looking strong, especially with hisrtory of East victories in recent years. Penwith and Illogan look decent from West and Frogpool with a great result today can't be dismissed. Any of the others in the running?

goals; the league made a mistake and allowed a player from a higher league to play when he shouldn't have. I'd say that's unfair on st mawgan, wouldnt you? why should they be punished? I say replay on Sunday, already got a venue and officials. 're arrange final and offer foxhole choice of 2 dates so they'd aren't punished for date move. review league procedure for removing teams from comps. heads don't need to roll; we all make mistakes. learn from it and move on.

any idea Justin when you are likely to hear the result of the appeal? there's a big game tonight and I'm guessing a lot hinges on this decision:) ??
