Mrgreen
"Winning ugly" is a very useful habit to get into. That said, we worked hard, and were very good without the ball today. (Which was most of the game)
Rayvon
The minutes silence before the match for Morrish Truscott was immaculately observed, as for the game itself well you are never going to see any pretty football on this pitch very heavy and bobbly but if we keep getting three points by winning ugly that's good enough for me. One interesting observation was that the Chelmsford keeper was the son of former England goalkeeper Dave Beasant who incidentally was the first goalkeeper to save a penalty at Wembley to deny John Aldridge scoring against the Crazy Gang in the 1988 showpiece. The rest is history as they say
