Applications for Promotion To Step 5: The deadline has now passed and clubs had to apply direct to the FA in London, we are aware that Plymouth Parkway AFC applied in the correct manner. To add to that a statement regarding all applications across the league (joining, promotion within, ground share or name changes) will be made on 1st February.
