Rob Hosking
Let's just hope the game goes ahead, following this evening's rain & tomorrow's forecast. Then we can hopefully end up talking about a great local derby. Merry Christmas ?

Alan Williams
Yes Pat I agree, Adie got one of him own players booked last game but he only told the truth and he deserved a booking. Problem is not all linesman are that way inclined. Perranwell lino on Saturday was very good, he had to get the ref to change 3 or 4 wrong decisions. Sijames
Any news on a pitch inspection for the St day game? Fancy watching this one but after the rain we've had I wouldn't be surprised if it's called off but would like to know in good time to make alternative plans? isaac rosenberg
There was only one derby that really mattered....and it happened. Wanted to helicopter back but Sheila said no. Delighted to hear score from Borlase Parc....people here in Dubai are speaking of little else. Suddenly Tinners are getting results away. Four points out of six against high-flying Pendeen....COME ON YOU GREENS !
peggy78
4 hours ago, cornishteddyboy said: Illogan 0-0 Redruth Fairly even game lacking in any real quality in tough conditions. Redruth had better of 1st half without really forcing a save if note. Illogan created more 2nd half but redruth looked dangerous on the counter. Think illogan hit woodwork 3 times and Chilman in the redruth goal pulled off a smart save to his left to tip around the post. Last 15 minutes had more action than the rest of the game but neither side could find a breakthrough. Maybe 45 watching (may be more in the bar)

isaac rosenberg
Over Pendeen it just washes the lichen off the stones and makes it easier to balance the ball on the centre spot, Older
Sijames
I took in the illogan v redruth game, two lack lustre teams with illogan edging it imo, but couldn't finish their xmas dinner! Two teams that looking at the table and ambition (lack of) will fair much better in the trelawny premier next season, unless two other teams who finish below illogan wish to go down and then it'll get interesting?!
