Heard they are looking good. But a long season ahead Game could have gone either way really. Before Plymstock scored, Callington hit the post. Plymstock scored twice before half time - long balls played long straight through the middle of the Callington defence. Callington pulled it back to 1-2 just before half time. Callington came out on top early in the second half, were awarded a penalty, which was saved. Plymstock got a pen themselves after a rash tackle, but put it wide of the goal. Callington pressing towards the end, got caught on the break with a good finish. Having seen Callington play Liskeard and Saltash as well, Saltash by far the best of the lot. Apparently Plymstock have had some good results already, on this display a comfortable top half finish is definitely achievable with team on show last night. Looks like a competitive top half of the table this season. Hope that helps....
Boywonder
Yes I agree saltash looking very strong. Although plymstock have drawn against saltash and torpoint, I have heard they were pretty lucky. So only time will tell. Very interesting league this season. Very strong, ashame vospers pulled out too
