Dave Deacon
A few weeks ago a French TV Sports channel, SFR Sport, spent the weekend in Cornwall with Mark Rapsey after news had crossed the English Channel about his history making 2,000th goal. Here's what went out on Saturday.Apologies about the quality, however because of the size of the video file sent to me, I've had to make it quite a bit smaller to get it online! Rob Hosking
This is a great report, I really enjoyed meeting Alistair and being part of it. It is a fantastic piece about fantastic guy, that we are privileged to have in Cornwall. I am certainly honoured to know him and to have played in the same side as him, even claiming an assist for a few of the goals ?. It's nothing less than you deserve, Rappo #Legend
RAPPO
Thanks for the kind words Rob, really appreciated mate. Consider myself very lucky and fortunate to have met many great friends through football over the many years. Football has given me some very special times and memories. Cheers everyone ?⚽️?
