People complain the standard on the SWPL is poor...I'm sure this is going to do that the world of good. We're now one of, if not the only CFA with no full time refereeing role let alone RDO in the country.

How can a job that's two days a week attract anyone of real quality to the role let alone allow the person scope to have full commitment to the role?

No doubt this new 'RWO' will be no more than a glorified paper pusher.
