St Agnes v Perranporth (game abandoned) in the second half with Perran leading 3-0.

Abandoned due to a clash of heads, Steve Kemp knocked out cold and needing to go to hospital for observations.

Best wishes to Kempy on a speedy recovery from all at Perranporth AFC. See you in the new year for the replay!

St Dennis 5 Royal Par 1. Made the mistake (against the run of play) of taking the lead, manager Cameron Hague with the goal. Caught napping at a short corner for the eqaualiser. Should have gone in 2-1 up (against the run of play) after blatant penalty not given. Fair play St Dennis, held hands up and said should have been awarded. Smart finish from Stuart Bell 2-1 just after restart and same player made it 3-1 from the spot after Graham Rule fouled in box (correct decision). Kevin Morcom with a well taken chip into an unguarded net 4-1, not sure who got the 5th as I was face down in mud after seeing a shot come off the post and rebound tucked away. Think we gave them a game, 22 players + subs enjoyed a mornings football and as always at St Dennis great hospitality from the hosts. Can think of worse ways to spend a Sunday.

Thank you to Perranporth for good wishes for Steve Kemp. He was released from hospital after observations and other than a large lump on his head and a headache he is doing ok.....he is even available for selection next week apparrently! We have located a replacement pair of boots for him in the back of Martyn's van as the pair he had on simply fell apart in the mud! He certainly went down like a sack of potatoes! Its always great value with Kempy around but he had me worried for a bit today and it was great to talk to him this evening!
