Guest
Without researching, this is the perfect quiz question. Who was the Republic of Ireland's 3rd choice keeper at the 1990 World Cup. I bet if this question was asked in a room with every forum member, no one would get it right! Please feel free to guess and if no one guesses correctly I will post the answer for anyone who cares. Good luck!

Guest
Darn! Niall Quinn was the registered 3rd keeper behind Gerry Peyton and Pat Bonner. I remember he saved a penalty for Man City from Dean Saunders after Tony Coton was sent off. I think North Korea wanted to select an outfielder to act as third choice keeper in 2010 but FIFA wouldn't let them.
baldy
Try this one. How many goals did West Germany score at Wembley in 1966?
