Penzance had 5 first team players I am told and they played some great stuff with Stuart Reynolds a real star...we had no first team players and battled very hard for new boss Vic Osbourne who remains unbeaten ! but we had enough chances to make it comfortable but contrived to twice blaze over when confronted with an open goal ! cornishteddyboy Posted October 26, 2007 Report Share Posted October 26, 2007 I had the goals at Penzance 0-1 Newquay 27mins Penzance 0-2 Newquay 90+2 mins Crowd 43 (lowest of season at home) 1st goal was a mistake by goalie (took eye off ball and it rolled off his foot into goal) 2nd goal route one beating off-side trap finishing with a low hard shot on ground to keepers left.
