County FA in the 'dark'

Recommended Posts

In the draw for the Hampshire Intermediate Cup, PAULSGROVE from the Hampshire Premier League were paired at Home with KINGSTON ARROWS of the Portsmouth League.

It turned out as a walkover for Paulsgrove as their opponents Kingston Arrows couldn't fulfil their cup tie.

Apparently the Arrows team are based at Kingston Prison with players serving life sentences and all their league games(Home/Away) are played inside the prison.

The finger of error is pointing to the Hampshire FA who were not aware they were a prison team although someone pointed out you only had to look at their ground address to ascertain their identity.
