Constantine 0-5 West Cornwall

Comfortable really, played some good stuff for long periods too. Could have been double figures,  but Tines keeper made some top saves, including a penalty, and a couple cleared off the line by his defenders!

Ref had a decent game too I thought!

Camborne Town 2-3 Newlyn Lions

An extremely lucky win for the Lions last night who have gone from conceding 2 in 5 games to 6 in 4 games.

Maybe we have a case of the jitters with a semi final coming and topping the table in Div 5.

Need to up our game for Thursdays semi otherwise we can kiss goodbye to a possible double.

Well played Town who were up for the game even when only starting with 9 men. Best of luck for the rest of your season.

I never come on here and complain about referees, so i won't start today!!

How do you go from conceding 2 in 5 games to 6 in 4 games? I'm confused (nothing new there then), are we talking about a nine game run?

Whoever marks the Sennen pitch needs to do it next time with a tape measure. The wonky touchlines although funny looking are acceptible but the two goal areas do not align at both ends. When you stand on one line, it should be directly in line with the other end.
