Guest Postie Pidge
Eric Davis, former Plymouth Argyle and Scunthorpe United professional, and former captain of Falmouth Town has died at the age of 75. He led to into the FA Cup 1st round proper against Oxford United in 1962 and it was his poor clearance that led to Oxford's winning goal. A true leader. :c:

Guest Postie Pidge
I should have re-worded that. Eric Davis will be remembered for his classiness as a player, not for one little mistake. What would people put in my obituary if they saw me play! "Had more bad games than good!"
Quiet Man
Don't think so, Pidge. More like, " what colour and style was his hair at the time"? Ha, ha.

Quiet Man
Thought that I had noticed a thumb mark developing in the middle of his forehead. Still, if it stops him trying toset new fashions with the hair style, all power to the lady.

Guest Postie Pidge
Oi! Stop being rude the lot of you! This is to the memory of a Falmouth Town legend, not in memory of my hair!
