Guest Posted October 23, 2009 Report Share Posted October 23, 2009 Additional match officials. WHAT A FARCE !!!!!!!!!!!! What on earth were those two twerps doing in the Fulham v Roma match. How many times were players grabbed by the shirt or pushed over or held etc and the plonkers did nothing. And then there was the real cracker. Kelly gives away a penalty - although i still think Riison fell over his own legs. But what do the referee and his base line assistant do. They send the wrong player off. Eventually after nuch persuasion the referee got it right. But please who bought this stupid ruling in to have five match officials in charge when things that happen right in front of them they get wrong. Surely these people are not being paid. Leave it to the referee, if he gets it wrong he gets it wrong but when two of them combine to come up with the wrong decision then lets get back to one referee and two linesmen.
