  1. Matches postponed 13/1/18

Frogpool reserves vs Rosudgeon in Division 3 is off
  2. Ruan Minor vs Frogpool Reserves is OFF in Division 3.
  3. This!! Stevie knows what’s what! Fudge there are loads of pitches around, try to find an alternative if you’re desperate to play.
  4. Division 3 St Buryan Reserves 0-3 Frogpool Reserves Great team performance, resilient and strong through out. First goal came after an Ashley Johnson cross was spilled by the goalkeeper for Aaron Coveney to tuck home. The second came after Craig Rothwell was fouled from a corner, before Sam Bromley tucked away the resulting penalty. Sam Macwilliam’s hard work and excellent performance was cut short through injury. His replacement up top, Harry Payne, scored a delightful half volley from twenty yards out, Alex Prynn getting the assist after some fantastic distribution. Tom Campbell and Lewis Bax did an excellent job of marshalling the defence as well but the man of the match was Charlie Martin who was tireless throughout, winning the ball back well and holding possession fantastically. Also unlucky not to score. Excellently refereed by Adam Martin. Thank you St Buryan for the hospitality too!
  5. I can’t see many games being on this week, every field will surely be saturated, it’s been non-stop. Cilijah almost certainly won’t be on!
  6. St Ives Mariners 1-2 Frogpool Reserves After much deliberation, we all eventually decided to get the game on, BUT at Frogpool. The away/home side started well, pressing high but failing to take any of the half chances in the early minutes. Mariners, the home/away side, had a towering header brilliant saved by Alex Prynn in the Frogpool goal. A great move on the right hand side eventually made its way to Sam Bromley twenty yards out on the right hand side, and he beautifully found the bottom corner to put the Frogs one up. We scored about five minutes after this. Sam Macwilliam pressing well, nicked the ball away from the Mariners centre half before calmly slotting home to put us two up. We were mainly dominant in the first half. Mariners edged the second half, but both teams created a lot of chances and if it wasn’t for more brilliant goalkeeping by Prynn, and some, slightly shoddy finishing... Charlie Martin... then the score line would have looked a lot different. Mariners calmly slotted a penalty away with the final kick of the game for a well earned consolation goal, despite superb defending from the back four made up of Ashley Johnson Lewis Bax Tom Campbell and Jordan Phillipps. Ten wins out of ten in the league and twelve in twelve in all competitions. Desperate to keep this form going. Man of the Match: Alex Prynn
  7. Yes mate. He’s not game for changing pitch so just waiting on the pitch inspection. Fingers crossed
  8. Can’t see ours being on at Nanciegollan today either as more rain has come in 😭
  9. No way of getting the game on elsewhere Fudge?! cant be dealing with another week off! get someone to drop me a text on 07468624188 - see if we can work something out!
  10. Referee sorted after two days of effort. Only for the game to be called off because of a “waterlogged pitch”, I’m broken 😭😭😭
  11. Ignore last message, they’ve got players working :/
  12. Mr Rowe has kindly offered to referee our game at 12, so just waiting for confirmation from DC and then the league that that’s okay fingers crossed!
