Harry Kane has said he doesn't want to win any trophies in his career. He actually said he wants to stay at Spurs for his whole career, but it amounts to the same thing! πŸ˜€
  2. So close to that happening 5 years ago! Thank goodness it was saved. πŸ‘
  3. NLS - Saturday 28th October 2017

  4. FA Cup

    Your excused then. πŸ˜€
  5. FA Cup

SSS - more important to watch Truro - give your Spurs tickets away. You will have lots of opportunities to watch Spurs - who knows when you'll get the chance again to watch a cornish side in the 1st round.
  6. FA Cup

Spot on Wendron OfficialπŸ‘πŸ‘There are loads of clubs throughout the country where fans are not keen on their owners, but they don't go on, and on, and on about it!
  7. FA Cup

Well Older we all know that you wanted it played down Malpas,(your favourite place in the world), but it just wasn't going to happen! Looking forward to seeing a statue of you down Malpas. πŸ‘
  8. FA Cup

For TV isn't one tie usually played on a Friday evening. If Truro's match was chosen it would be awful for travelling fans but, presumably, good financially? Anyone know how TV money is split?
  9. I reckon the draw will be Carlisle away!!
  10. I've heard on the grapevine that a statue of Older is to be erected at Malpas in recognition of all the free publicity he's given the park!πŸ˜€πŸ‘
  11. Any truth in the rumour that SSS has been banished to the roof rack! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€
  12. Only a 17 seater πŸ˜€
  13. Surely you wouldn't use the free transport if it was laid on?
  14. Anything can happen in the FA cup. The best football memory I have is watching all Plymouth's matches when they reached the FA Cup semi-final in 1984. πŸ‘
  15. Why worry about it SSS,? Their won't be a problem as you have stated that Truro will finish in the bottom half of the table! Anything can happen in a one-off match Darren. If not there would never be any FA Cup upsets!
  16. So can you remind us of your prediction of points and league position for this season? Not going to argue about the other matters as, unlike you, I lay the blame entirely on the 'Heaney' years.
  17. I agree Bruegel? Just pointing out how fickle some people are! ?
  18. What a U turn! A few weeks ago you were confident that Truro would finish in the bottom half of the table and might be in a relegation battle!
  19. Bad maybe, but 100% accurate!
  20. Arsenal have given me a good laugh over the last few years, but I've been laughing at Spuds for the last 50 years!! When was the last league title - 1961 was it? ha, ha, ha
  21. Dave, I see that sometimes players move more than once in the close season. Don't know if your that much of a stato, but is there a player who holds the record for the number of registered moves made in the close season without appearing in anything other than friendlys?
  22. Tottenham Hotspur

He knows everything except what's needed to win trophies! Long may it continue. ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha
  23. Tottenham Hotspur

Really bad week for the spuds. Man Utd and Arsenal both winning trophies and the spuds no trophies. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
  24. Tottenham Hotspur

A very emotional evening, but with the whole of Manchester behind them they did it.
  25. Tottenham Hotspur

I know a couple of avid Man City fans who, following the dreadfull events in Manchester, are putting aside their rivalry and rooting for Man Utd to win tonight. They hope that a win will give the whole city a lift at this terrible time. Good on them I say.
