David james signs for bristol city you got to say well done for not taking all the money he was offered and thought about his family 1st he had a chance to go up and play in the mickey mouse league in scotland for celtic who win the league every year unless rangers gets it there are only 2 teams in scotland .Bristol city must be 1 of the favourites to win the championship as are plymouth in div 1 hoping anyway

You only need to look at DJ's lifestyle to know that.

Back to the drawing board for me, my little boy's favourite (ex) Pompey player is David James.

The guy will always be a legend at Pompey, a true gentleman and I am sure he will get a standing ovation on his return to Fratton Park. My son idolises him as well and was glad he picked a decent role model instead one of the usual stereotypical champagne charlies! paying the wages of the groundstaff who were otherwise going to be made redundant, I am certain that if Argyle had stayed up then he would have asked to sign for them!!
