Cornwall Junior Cup

Can someone please explain to me why Devon FA can make their cup draws on 19th July 2010 and the fixtures displayed on their website within 24 hours?
Yet the Cornwall FA will not be making the Junior Cup draw for sometime yet, and then it takes them an eternity to display them on the website.
They could for a start display the dates of the Junior Cup rounds on the website, but no it still displays 2009-2010 results........

Try looking at the front of this seasons county handbook and you will find all the dates of the junior/senior cups and all county match dates hope this helps ps think the first round of the junior cup is the first sat in october

all the dates were sent to club secs. with county agm notes :c:
