** PARKWAY V WITHERIDGE **

Parkway (0) 4 (Neale 2, Bass 2) Witheridge (1) 1

Almost the reverse of last Tuesday at Camelford for Parkway tonight , They were poor in the first half after Josh Colwill badly misjudged a left wing cross come shot to see it drift over his head after 4 minutes. Witheridge had much the better of the first half with Jack Furzer running the game for the visitors, and the home side threatening little and visibly lacking in confidence.

Wayne Hillson took off Billy McGowan, who had an ineffectual half, and replaced him with Levi Landricombe at the start of the second period, and with Jamie Bass also pushed further forward, gave Withy something to think about . Andrew Neale got the first home league goal since the opening day with an opportunistic effort from distance, and once he headed in the second from a Bass cross, then Parkway looked a transformed team. Man of the match Bass got a goal that his hard work and persistence deserved, before cutting in from the left to send his shot inside the far post for the fourth. Levi probably should have played in the impressive Neale for his hat trick late on when well placed, but overall it was a much improved team performance, and the lads will take a lot from this with Bodmin due at Bolitho Park on Friday night

Parkway are trying to offload levi that's why benching him and playing him out of position

It's the John Sheridan method - play your best players out of position & piss 'em off!!

Must say a tremendous second half by Parkway after a dire first half. The midfield personnel changes after half-time certainly made a difference though playing Levi wide midfield was bizarre.
