Goonhavern's goal came from a goalmouth scramble in the 21st minute. The wind definitely played a part in this game. Perranwell kicked off the second half and used the wind advantage right from the start. I thought they'll soon be level but long range efforts weren't as forthcoming as I expected, and when they did they were either to high or too wide. Saying that a Perranwell corner did hit the bar.

The goal did seem to come against the run of play as Perran had the better chances but dogged determination and defending by Goonhavern saw them home.
