St Blazey v Godophin Atlantic

Blaize Park

Wednesday 7.30ko

St Blazey will want to put Saturdays disapointment behind them as quick as possible and with another midweek match they have the chance. St Blazey have played some great football in recent weeks, looking hard to break down but struggling to score enough goals of their own to kill sides off. St Blazey go into the game 9th in the table but could climb as high as 6th with a win. Godophin are only a point behind St Blazey although they have played 4 more matches so they will believe they must leave with 3 points if they have any chance of a top half finish. This will be another tough match for St Blazey. Godophin may have lost 6 matches this season, but they have all come against title chasing sides like Parkway, Bodmin, St Austell and Ivybridge.

St Blazey 3v0 Godophin.

Another excellent result. St Blazey now up to 7th. 3 second half goals killed the G off. Hopefully the G goalkeeper will be ok after having to go off and have an ambulance called after complaining of blurred vision. That was the turning point as St Blazey took control and then went on in the second half scoring 3 goals. St Blazey have had to play alot of football in recent weeks. 2 more big games coming up before the F.A Vase tie.

St Blazeys pitch looking fantastic tonight.

Next up, St Blazey v Saltash. 3pm ko.

Thank you to everyone at st blazey last night for all their help with our goalkeeper just to let you know he suffered mild concussion and blurred vision but all ok thank you again for all your help

Tanya. Good read that he's recovered ok. Thought your stand in 'keeper did well, did'nt have much chance with the three that went in.
