Soccer Follower
If Cornwall Council are trying to hand over the running of as many of their responsibilities as possible to Parish or Town Councils, these local Councils will have to raise their Council Taxes to take on and maintain them. With less to look after, will Cornwall Council cut their share of the Council Tax accordingly?
TheolderIgetthebetterIwas
No, of course they won't. The interesting part is, they will continue to maintain them with their own workforce (Cormac) if you can call what they do maintenance.
