You need to check with the League's website as fixtures are changed at short notice, the match has been rearranged for a Friday night later in the season. Evidently the fixture was changed to avoid the teams meeting again after the previous match 10 days ago. The local press should have been upto date with the fixture change and so avoid frustrating unnecessary journeys for a number of people. I came down from the Midlands last Sunday on a family visit and take in the originally planned fixture v Godolphin at Poltair. However that was brought forward to the Friday before last ! baldy Posted October 14, 2014 Report Share Posted October 14, 2014 Said it before. Use the league website for the correct info (and postponement news on Saturdays). This was posted on the SWPL forum (Premier division) on Sept 26th and the fixtures would have been updated at the same time. Please note that following requests and mutual agreement, Godolphin Atlantic v St Austell is OFF on Tuesday 14th October and now on Friday 20th February. The two sides are meeting at St Austell next Friday (3rd) following St Austells walk-over in the FA Vase and this avoids them playing each other twice in 11 days, gives Godolphin a return Friday Night game (they had been due to play Elmore that weekend in Feb) and by playing on the Friday there is now no clash between Godolphin and Newquay being home on the same day. Ian Pethick Posted October 15, 2014 Report Share Posted October 15, 2014 Parkway 7 ( Levi Landricombe 3,Will Stringer,Andrew Neale,Marcus Martin,Ryan Richards) Exmouth 2 ( HT 3-2) Superb win for Parkway last night . Two up and in complete control after half an hour through a well taken Levi Landricombe goal after he combined brilliantly with Andrew Neale ,and a Will Stringer penalty.They then inexpicably found themselves at two each after a couple of bits of keystone cops style defending, before the opportunistic Neale reacted first to head home after the ball came back off the crossbar to restore the advantage. Parkway got going quickly in the second half as they dominated play ,and scored two more within minutes through Marcus Martin and Levi .Levi went on to complete his hat trick , Ryan Richards then came off the bench to calmly stroke home the seventh late in the match to put the icing on the cake.
