L.Ricks9
Won't be easy and we won't be taking it lightly. Penance are on the up, with a decent young squad, should be a great game. How's the pitch holding up with this weather ?
John Mead
Pitch was reasonable before a game yesterday morning. Spent a few hours today replacing/lifting divots and the wind is helping to dry things up a bit. Against all advice from pitch experts, there seems little option but to get the roller out tomorrow! We've only one more home game this season and that's not until 11th April so there's plenty of time for recovery after tomorrow night.

Guest
Penzance 2-4 St Dennis Two floodlight failures before kick off almost put the game in doubt but it kicked off a few minutes late.

Charlie Farley
a very good game played in an excellent spirit. Well done to both sets of players, officials and supporters. Thoroughly enjoyed it apart from the result! Plus well done to Head Groundsman,John Mead,in getting the game on in the first place. Once again a lot of hard work involved. L.Ricks9
Agreed joe, the pitch looked fantastic. Credit to john. Was a great game, defending from both teams, suspect at times but both teams going forward looked dangerous, I thought Penzance broke very quickly and with Gavin Boon up top for Penzance ul always look dangerous. Very good side are Penzance and will pick up a lot more points towards the run down of the season. A little mention to Ian Pattison also, who ref'd the game exactly how it should be, talking through out the game to players, it's what u want/need from a ref. the penalty decision was spot on, other refs would have given the lad a straight red, but with 8mins left Ian gave him the benefit of the doubt and just cautioned the youngster. Great decision and he's a credit to refs in this league, wish all were like him. Goodluck to Penzance in the remaining games. 👍

offside!
Why should the time on the clock be any reference to whether it's a red or yellow card offence?
Dave Deacon
I thought it only warranted a yellow anyway irrespective of the little time left!
The Python
Would of been interesting if Penzance had scored two goals in the last eight minutes.
