Northernmonkey Posted August 20, 2014 Report Share Posted August 20, 2014 Dobwalls 2 Vospers 2 Went along to see this game last night and was very impressed with how the pitch looked! There was a decent crowd too. First half Vospers completely dominated the game at comfortably lead two nil against a home side who only one idea to attack. The home teams strategy of the ball over the top was easily dealt with. Just before the break the incident that changed the game occured. Vospers no 8 went off injured and the control that Vospers had of the game disappeared. The second half saw Dobwalls dominate possession and attacking chances. The impressive young Vospers central defender went off with a migraine and as a result they looked a shambles at the back. In the end Dobwalls should have won this game. 4 yellow cards in this competitive game. From previous comments on this page I was looking forward to seeing the Vospers winger but both wide players created very little. Overall an enjoyable game!
