stevieb
Senior cup hayle 4-0 st,ives 3-0 ht crowd about 40 great afternoons football Craig Wilcox with two in the first half not sure who got the third but the ackies keeper in the first half was their man of the match , which makes it better for him he is not their usual keeper well played that man Ian Roberts had a great game in the middle today , and two young sides who competed for every challenge and not a bad tackle , Hayles back four were great today able supported by Kane in the centre of mid alongside Adam Northal Craig Wilcox had another great game and set up the fourth for aide hart late in the second half downside with billy foster having to go off in the first half with an injury , lovely weather pitch was great and two local sides playing football , deserved win and very sporting from the st,ives players , hope we can pull a big team at home in the next round , which would be well received at the club

cornishbarbarian
Played in the troon v illogan res game. Just thought I'd give a mention for the young referee.....who I thought was excellent. One of those refs you hardly noticed was there which means they had a great game. Refreshing to see a young ref who was keen to let the game play without constant interference. Also credit to troon who kept playing football throughout and deserved a much better score line. Blakey
Ha it was a cracker pointers it was more like playing FIFA 15 you score, we score very open game and either team could of took the points! My boys I think edged the first half even though was losing 4.3 at half time lol after we let to soft goals in right on half time. Ludgvan had more of the chances 2nd half but some strange decisions made at times which left both teams bermused!! But well done to ludgvan we have had to great and entertaining games this season and a good bunch of lads apart from that long haired fairy ?think he is called Jonny Ludlum strange lad haha x

Halfback
Good to see clubs giving a young ref a bit of support ,, all too often it would appear players find it necessary to find fault with match officials,

jay1982
St Just 0 - Falmouth Town 4 Shook me when I read this result. What happened Tinners, what sort of team did you have out ? Come on lads - heads up and get stuck in again. Come on you Tinners !! 8 or 9 missing but still the better side for first half despite going in 1-0 down! Keeper sent off at HT for comments made to the red regarding a decision he had made which was 'questionable'. Replaced by an outfield player from the bench who did his best but a bad error let Falmouth get an easy second which effectively finished the game and Falmouth added another two.
