ECPL AGM

Only thing confirmed were the acceptance of new clubs being Vospers, St Minver, Lakeside & Newquay... plus the withdrawal of Bodmin.

Divisions format will be fully confirmed at AGM.

Jesus. So  some teams will not know what league they are in until a week before pre season. Who goes down who goes up ? Newquay must go into Division 1 surely. So is it Liskeard down and Looe up or is it only St Teath going down. I thought this would have been sorted last night. In my opinion I cannot see how you can promote a team finishing 3rd. If the team who have earnt  promotion pull out after the completion has ended surely only 1 team should go down. What happens if teams finishing 3rd , 4th, and 5th also pull out for argument sake. The team that finished 6th would be promoted. Crazy surely

As I see it,Liskeard stay up:HOWEVER, with St.Dominick not yet certain if they will continue(they have until the AGM to make a decision,) there will

be uncertainty until then.If the Saints do withdraw Looe must be promoted to keep the agreed constitution at 16 Clubs in the Premier Division.

Nailed on info:

VOV would go into Prem due to drop from SWPL.

All new teams would be in Div One.

Parkway up, St Teath down.

Anything that arises other than the above to be confirmed/proposed/decided at AGM.

Maybe not a done job yet!

Lets hope that St Dominick stay in the league.   By the way my mistake.  I kept calling it an EGM when  in fact it was an SGM.

I would imagine the guys from tavi would move over there, jay jay has played for st Dom in the past so has connections with the club.

Was played with only 15 sides last season after edge pulled out before the season started.

Should have left that gaff go unnoticed.

That's far from a done deal yet, depends on any proposals at the AGM.
