Well that's it over for another season  ,Hayle last game seven goals good entertainment  well reffed by Alan Hoon with a sensible response to a silly pushing and shoving with yellow cards shown to both players  , a good team performance and credit to Porthleven even when seven goals down they still kept playing their passing game , where as many teams would just hoof it three fields well done to the lads who stepped into to play they didn't look out of place  , thanks to Greg again for his work on the pitch looked great as usual . Well done to Patch for helping the younger players to adjust to combo just hope they listen to advice to improve their game .  Looking forward to next season with new teams coming into the league and good luck to Ludgvan on their deserved promotion .  There has been over the season a few posts knocking the combo league  and some of its officers ,  in my own opinion the league has got better lots of good young players spread throughout the teams , good football being played  , I have no problems with the set up those that moan about the set up should either put themselves up for election to the committee or belt up it take a lot so we can enjoy our football . There are a lot of good people around the league lots who don't get any thanks be it collecting money , groundsman , secretary ect , those that like to have a moan about the combo league should speak to the likes of Carharack or the new teams Pendeen , West Cornwall and how much it means to belong to the league .
