  1. Didn't see you at the game, yesterday, Alan, but no doubt you will be lending your support at either Godolphin on Wednesday, or home to Ivybridge next Saturday.
  2. Invitation to Big Al

Quote by Oddball from the film "Kelly's Heroes"......" So many negative waves, Moriarity"!
  3. Invitation to Big Al

Well, it would appear that Big Al didn't show up or get in touch to make other arrangements with Graham Medlin. Silence is Golden, as the song goes!
  4. Graham Medlin of Falmouth Town AFC would like to extend an invitation to Big Al to meet him at the clubhouse tomorrow, Monday 7th August at 6.30pm where he will answer any questions that he may have and to show the artists impression of the new ground. If the time and date are inconvenient, then please get in touch to make alternative arrangements.
  5. Just goes to show how out of touch with things, you are, Big Al. The drinks license held is the same as any other public house, which means that anyone can go in and get a drink. It hasn't been a members club for quite a few years. And as for lending a hand, I do quite a few things to help the club as well as working shifts in a full-time job and keeping the missus happy. Someone once said, "you get out of life what you put in". Try it some time. Regarding the grounds, Mount Wise has quite a slope on it so does not hold the water like Bickland, and who knows how much difference in rainfall there was between the north and south coasts? Just accept the fact that the pitch could have been wrecked if played on that evening.
  6. So, Big Al, you obviously went to both grounds to make a comparison like that. Do you actually support a club, or are you just an armchair whinger? Perhaps if you think that Falmouth or any other club are so bad, you may think about rolling up your sleeves and helping out in some small way.
  7. Good game to watch. Fast, one touch football with some good goals. Game marred near the end with an injury to one of the young Exeter players. Hope that it's not as bad as it sounded. Wishing for a speedy recovery. Well played both sides.
  8. Falmouth Club Shop

I'm going to get a jacket when I get home from holiday. Looks quality, Mark.
